“We’re Only In It For the Money” is the third concept, studio album by The Mothers Of Invention. Released in March 1968 by Verve Records, it encompasses rock, experimental and psychedelic rock music. The album artwork is a parody of The Beatles “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”. It is a direct negative of the Beatles cover and features Jimi Hendrix and a wax sculpture of Sonny Liston. This artwork is now available as a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle printed on high quality board.
